Ágnes Lőrincz and Marie Hamard met at the Haute Ecole de Musique of Geneva. Both passionate about chamber music, they explore infinite charm of the classical repertory. Partners and actresses, Ágnes and Marie have taken a special interest in promoting this music to a larger audience, by giving a modern and dynamic twist to their performances.
They arranged a program called “Life is a Cabaret” bringing together Britten, Poulenc, Satie, Hahn, Bolcom arias …
They regularly perform recitals, in Studio Kodály of Geneva for exemple, at the Haute Ecole de Musique of Geneva and also propose private concerts.
Marie and Ágnes keep up practising chamber music by participating to master classes. Marie received valued advices from Ann Murray, Thomas Allen and Roger Vignoles during the prestigious Young Artists Programme at Snape Maltings (Aldeburgh) while Ágnes perfects to Márta Gulyás and Luis Fernando Perez. Enriched by all these experiences, both artists are in a constant search for harmony and share it with generosity.
